2 pounds fresh mozzarella cheese balls
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, washed and roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves, washed and roughly chopped
2-8 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
